At SPREADS, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Due to hygiene reasons, used or washed bedding cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
